Tapered Roller Products

Gansu Hailin tapered rollers feature a unique spherical crown cavity design. These rollers maximize the streamlined characteristics of the material, enhance material compactness, and effectively prevent pitting and various forms of damage on the roller surface. This results in a smooth and refined appearance while significantly improving wear resistance and durability. In addition, the stable precision of the products exceeds the industry Grade II standard, achieving a true dual breakthrough of "outstanding appearance and superior performance".

Bearings for New Energy Vehicle Gearboxes

These bearings are adapted to the high-speed and high-temperature operating conditions of new energy vehicle gearboxes, withstand combined radial and axial loads simultaneously, and feature low friction, low noise and high rigidity. With optimized profiles on their inner and outer raceways as well as roller outer diameters, they prevent stress concentration and offer excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, thus providing stable and long-lasting support for the transmission systems of new energy vehicles.

The excellent core toughness is retained to withstand impact loads and support continuous and stable equipment operation.

High-precision adjustment-free bearings

In order to solve the problem of easy wear and tear and complex maintenance of heavy truck wheel end bearings, this high-precision non-adjustment bearing takes "durability and worry-free" as the core to protect the stable operation of the equipment. The design follows the rolling bearing design method, and applies the “Bearing Parametric Navigation Design System” and “Process Intelligent Design System” to quickly complete the design tasks of various bearings; implements the PPQP lean management mode for new products and through the PLM system to ensure the new product realizes the management of the whole life cycle. It has many advantageous products in the fields of heavy-duty trucks, automobile gearboxes, transmission systems, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery, and can provide users with complete bearing application solutions.


In recent years, the company has been engaged in high-precision long-life bearings, high-precision adjustment-free bearings, pre-adjusted and maintenance-free truck wheel hub units, car wheel hub units, low starting friction torque bearings, new energy high-speed bearings, self-lubricating technology, intelligent monitoring technology, surface modification.
